Volunteer

Support local STEM clubs and help make STEM education accessible to elementary students. Volunteers assist Club Leaders with activities, work with small groups of students, and help create a fun, welcoming, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with STEM activities and experiments
  • Supporting small groups of students
  • Helping with setup and cleanup
  • Encouraging student participation and engagement
  • Working alongside Club Leaders during club sessions

Time Commitment:

Approximately 1–2 hours per week during club sessions.

Club Leader

Create and lead a local STEM4ALL club and inspire the next generation of STEM learners. Club Leaders work with elementary schools to facilitate hands-on STEM activities, coordinate volunteers, and create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for students. This role is ideal for students interested in teaching, leadership, and making a positive impact in their community.

  • Teaching and facilitating weekly STEM club sessions
  • Coordinating volunteers and managing attendance
  • Preparing lesson materials and activities
  • Communicating with school staff and STEM4ALL
  • Submitting periodic club updates and reports

Time Commitment:

Approximately 1–3 hours per week during club sessions.

Help grow and strengthen STEM4ALL beyond individual clubs. Team Members work behind the scenes to support expansion efforts, develop resources, recruit volunteers, and build partnerships that increase STEM access in communities.
